Our exchange policy.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on plants — sorry, no exceptions to this policy! We care deeply about providing the best quality product for our customers and cannot guarantee a plant's health once it leaves our care. Non-living items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Thanks for your understanding!  

Yes, we deliver!

We try our best to accommodate customers who need plants delivered. Because we’re a small, independent shop (and there aren’t many options when it comes to couriers who know how to handle large plants with care!) we do all deliveries ourselves. We deliver within 20km of our shop at 1640 Dupont Street on any order $30 and over. To discuss larger orders or deliveries to further addresses please reach out to us via e-mail to discuss!

We’re just not phone people.

We love our customers and we strive to provide genuine, personal service to everyone who visits us in store. Via e-mail, we are able to discuss larger orders, installations, weddings, and private or team-building workshops with clients and make arrangements to speak further by phone. We also love helping customers on Instagram with plant questions, requests, and woes — DM us! We know we have some critics when it comes to our lack of presence by telephone, but we’re a very small team and we’d prefer to offer exceptional in-person and by e-mail service rather than attend to customer questions and requests by phone.
